Come enjoy an evening of yoga to celebrate the December full
moon. This gentle practice helps us tune in with the rhythms of
nature and our own bodies. It is a great compliment to more
active forms of yoga, increasing flexibility and circulation in the
legs and hips while restoring vital energy in a light and relaxed
atmosphere. Practitioners of all levels are welcome.

Peter Sanson is a truly humble practitioner who has
dedicated his life to yoga. He has been a student of Sri K.
Pattabhi Jois' for the past 20 years and is one of a few to hold an advanced teaching certificate. Peter engages
his students with compassion, understanding and lightness.
He travels extensively both in his native New Zealand and
around the world teaching in the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi
Jois to beginning and advanced students alike.

Jenny will be teaching the Sunday morning Ashtanga class at Black Pool School Hall in Oneroa, starting at 9:30am. All Levels Welcome.
