Mysore Style with Stephanie Fridays, 11:15am-1:15pm
Mysore Style with Stephanie Saturdays, 9:00am-11:00am
Led 1/2 Primary with Jenny Sundays, 9:00am-10:30am
Suitable for All levels.
If new to the studio please arrive a few minutes early to register. There are mats and blankets available for use but you are encouraged to bring your own if possible. Please do not eat for at least 2 hours prior to attending class and bring a small hand towel.
