Easter Weekend

I am a little late to post the schedule for the Easter Holiday. There will be NO class on Easter Sunday at 9am. The normal schedule will continue next week.

Friday Mysore 11:15am to 1:15pm (Stephanie)
Saturday Mysore 9am-11am (Stephanie)
Sunday Led 9am-10:30am (Jenny)

In Auckland John Scott will be giving a workshop at the Auckland Yoga Academy over the weekend of May 25th—27th.
All classes are presented through the practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa, each class will be a combination of Technique, Theory and application. It is advised that students attend all 5 classes as each class is an accumulative follow on from the beginning Night. Suitable for all levels including beginners who practice up to Navasana.

COST: $200.00 Half deposit on registration.
No refunds after May 20
